Refunds

At the moment, return cases will be handled privately by contacting the store.

They will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by the shipping company: We do our best to ship orders in the best condition for their journey, but unfortunately, we have no control over how the shipping company handles packages.
  • Loss of a package without shipment tracking

In any case will shipping costs incurred on the order be refunded.


Returns and exchanges

We always make sure our products are in perfect condition, but there may be cases where we miss something.


If an item arrives in a defective condition [poorly cut print, broken keychain...] we will take care of your new order.
If there is any confusion with your order on our store's part (missing items, mixed-up items, etc.), please contact us so we can help you find a solution.

 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted when the order has not yet been shipped , if the package has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances;
