• Does my order have a tracking number option?

Of course, remember that if you purchase from Spain or other European Union countries, it's optional, but for international shipments, a tracking number is obligatory.

 

 

• I have to pay customs, why?

If you purchase from a country outside of Europe, you may be charged customs taxes. In this case, they are the buyer's responsibility!

 

 

• Are returns accepted?

Returns are NOT accepted at this time, so please double-check your order!
In the event of a lost package without a tracking number, it is the buyer's responsibility and returns will not be accepted.

• How are larger prints shipped? Are they properly packaged?

Everything comes well wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap!

• Are A3 size copies available?

Not at the moment. We're still working on a safe and affordable way to ship them so they arrive safely. So, for now, they're only available at physical stores like trade shows and conventions.
